I had a concerning experience today a driver nearly hit by one of this company's trucks. Truck #82 ran a stop sign on a very busy road, putting me and others in danger. When I contacted the company to report the incident, I was frustrated by their response. Instead of asking if I was okay or addressing the seriousness of the situation, I was simply told to "give them the benefit of the doubt" because the driver was "from out of town."
