Update: The owner contacted me the same day my installation happened asking how everything went. I explained to him my frustrations about not being notified of the “show up fee” and by not letting potential customers know it’s like we were being scammed into paying. I also explained to him about being referred by the dealership and that this experience was not what should have happened as a new electric car owner trying to get a charger installed. Everything that they advertise on their website is the opposite. There is no 24 hour service. There is no upfront pricing and they do such a poor job that they have to keep coming back and trying to charge you more for mistakes they made. Very corrupt and rude customer service.
