This business refused to install a part on my truck which was verifiably purchased at a Freightliner location from another state. I provided them the part in its original packaging and a receipt from a certified Freightliner location not theirs. They would only install the part if I was to purchase it from them. The part purchased out of state costed $79.15. The part at Truck Center Freightliner costed $300. This is price gouging at it worst. First off don’t believe what they say is going on with your truck. We would get a different status update every time we called. They took almost 2 MONTHS to do an inframe, clutch, bell housing seal and few others minor repairs. That is NOT a reasonable amount of days it is outrageous and failed on service!!
