Literally the worst moving experience I've ever had. I was moving interstate which is stressful enough, and this moving company made it 1000% times worse. They were so bad, they brought me to tears multiple times. If I could go back in time I would burn all my furniture before dealing with this moving company again. There are so many negatives, I can't even begin to type them all. Just please do not use them. Trust me.
fraud, do yourself a favor by avoiding this company . they will agree to your quote until they get the deposit. on the moving day they sent a 3rd party truck and they jacked up the price $800 more than the original quote.
This company should be named, "UN-TRUE King." Our experience with them has been a nightmare! They told us our move would be $2500 with EVERYTHING included. NOT SO. Our total came to $1000 MORE. We were under the impression they were the moving company but found out they are BROKERS. They did not show up (no call, no show) the day of my move and refused to return my deposit. I had to rent a moving truck last minute and drive myself. To get my deposit back ($900 to reserve a specific moving day) I had to file a complaint for fraudulent charges with my credit card company. They are the absolute worst people and worst company I have ever had to deal with for any service.
I will never use his company again!! they lie to you just get your depoist!! they promise us our items will be here on OCT 15!! I had mother law and father law fly to New Jersey to see our new place! I explain to rich and van that they are 80 years old and wI e need our things there that they can not sleep on a air mattress!
