They said there was a key with her name on it and it wasn’t there. We called after hours emergency line they’re not answering we left countless messages! So they have left nine month pregnant woman out of a place to stay tonight!
Booked a 2 bed condo in Radium hot springs 5 months before trip. Paid deposit and received confirmation. Then received cancellation about 6 weeks before trip. Got most but not all of my deposit back. Appalling customer service Avoid this company!
Really enjoyed our stay with True Key Vacations. Great service! Definitely recommend for stays in the Columbia Valley.
