This place never disappoints!!The mountain view and ambiance of the resort is always so refreshing.Whether from short trips close by, or simply relaxing on the deck,there is so much to see.The wildlife is all around.We have no complaints re the accommodation.We always look forward to another visit here!
The only positive on this Fairmont vrbo home was the layout as there was plenty of room for our family.The house itself is in very poor condition and has a very strong odor; we suspect from mold which is visible on various windows and sliding door. Bathroom sinks are leaking, shower head in master ensuite blew apart, dishwasher was not working. The water itself was not drinkable as it had a stale taste to it. SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort is one of the most unique and magical destinations we ever visited! Each cottage is a front row seat to nature with whales, sea lions, eagles, and the Salish Sea as the stars of the show. The coastal view cottage provided us with the amazing views of crashing waves! Any stress we had melted away within 12 hours.
exceptional place to stay
Booked a Fairmont VRBO and advertisement said hot tub. Hot tub was not working and filthy. Smell can only be described as “tangy”. This company needs to be improved and lacks basic hospitality.
