Booked a Fairmont VRBO and advertisement said hot tub. Hot tub was not working and filthy. Smell can only be described as “tangy”. This company needs to be improved and lacks basic hospitality.

Excellent service. Very prompt and helpful. I've been in contact with a variety of their staff at Sookpoint Cottage and they are always quick to respond and go out of their way to help. I can't talk about the property/resort but the support and services is prompt and very helpful. Honestly, if they do not have an answer, they will try to find the solution or guide you to another place/person so you at least can try to figure out the solution!

Stayed here through VRBO! Not up-to VRBO standards! CONTACTED MANAGEMENT COMPANY, BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BROKEN FRONT DOOR SCREEN Dirty BBQ SHORT ON SUPPLIES NO WINE GLASSES BEDS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE HOUSE HOUSE SMELLS OF CIGARETTES MOULD AND MUSTY SMELLS DECK IS DANGEROUS BOARDS LIFTING, CAUSING A TRIP HAZARD NO RECYCLING

Very helpful with my reservation and I love their awesome locations. Would definitely recommend staying at a True Key managed property.
