I have been searching forever for a new stylist since I moved from out of state. Hair N' Bloom had such great reviews that I thought I'd try it out. Maria was my stylist, a talented professional. I wanted to lift very dark box color (my hair is long and it was jet black) and get it to a dark brown with highlights, eventually highlighting it lighter to blend my grays. I explained that I need to wear a pony tail and hat at work. I showed 2 pictures. I explained what I needed and she said ok, she can do it My hair was at my shoulder when I walked in. I showed the pictures, explained and said I needed a side bang, layered bob. I pointed to my clavicle bone, she felt it and saw where I showed I needed the cut so I could clean up what I had and still wear a pony tail and hat.
