I purchased windows and a patio door in 2003, I purchased gutters and downspouts in 2007. usually when I call about a service issue it is taken care of quickly. in the past three weeks I have called every number listed for 5 days and they say leave a message, but they have never returned one call. If they ever call me again which they do on a regular basis I will let them know what a dissatisfied customer I am

I have had Two Sliding Patio Doors installed and two sliding windows. I am more than satisfied in the service and installation. Though they are a bit more expensive than Home Depot, Lowe s or Menards but you get the quality and service and reliability that others only talk about...LIP SERVICE from the others. True Home Value is known for delivering a quality product and I know I wouldn t have had that with the others.
I am from STL, MO & True Home Value is a racial, discriminating company. Starting the beginning of February 2014, on 2 occasions someone was supposed to come out to my home to do free estimates on my bath & kitchen. After 1st no show I was told the person got held up with another client & when I called to reschedule I was told they don t come to my neighborhood . STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!! very annoying people. overpriced products!!! they continue to call because they dont seem to understand I DONT WANT THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!! do not ever get these people to give you an estimate on windows, doors or siding. their prices are insane and they will annoy the living he!! out of you!
