Had a fantastic 1st experience with True Hearing Health! Was greeted by a vibrant CSR named Mary at the front desk; she was attentive, inquisitive and really a welcoming vibe to the entire appt. Great to see Dr Brian again, he has been so good with me in past years. It was worth the drive to London! Solid appt, things ruled out, all bases covered from hearing health perspective! Happily recommending this office for your own health and well-being!

Great experience. Knowledgeable staff. Professional. There’s no hard sell here. You receive a report of their findings and a more detailed report is sent to your physician. All of this and they gave me a cookie. What more can you ask for? Just go already!
Very welcoming, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Mary at reception was friendly, helpful snd knowledgeable. Brian did an excellent job of performing my husband and I’s hearing test. He explained everything along the way which was helpful. Overall a great experience I would highly recommend them for your hearing health.
