I am temporarily living in London, and needed some emergency servicing done on my hearing aids that I obviously bought somewhere else. Sally Norris was able to get them fixed, and she also did some changes to the settings to enhance their performance. Most amazingly she did not change me for her services. I am very grateful for what was done for me at this business.
Had a fantastic 1st experience with True Hearing Health! Was greeted by a vibrant CSR named Mary at the front desk; she was attentive, inquisitive and really a welcoming vibe to the entire appt. Great to see Dr Brian again, he has been so good with me in past years. It was worth the drive to London! Solid appt, things ruled out, all bases covered from hearing health perspective! Happily recommending this office for your own health and well-being!

Great experience. Knowledgeable staff. Professional. There’s no hard sell here. You receive a report of their findings and a more detailed report is sent to your physician. All of this and they gave me a cookie. What more can you ask for? Just go already!
