Laura and Kaylee were absolutely phenomenal. I've struggled with wax build up for years and Laura cleared it out and gave me great maintenance tips. She is professional yet easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable and the procedure was painless. Scheduling was a breeze. Access to the office is also simple. Definitely recommend!!!
