The company had me convinced they are reputable and stand behind their products and services. Nothing can be further from the truth. First, they did not leave any paperwork that would allow for registering the new HVAC for manufacturer's warranty even though they said they would. I handled that myself even though it turned out the units had already been registered to someone else. Only a month or two later I found heating was not working properly.
