Wow. Cat is phenomenal. Throughout my life of Fitness & living an active lifestyle comes a level of injury for me & have had my fair share of professional therapists all of whom I respect. However, if you haven’t seen Cat for treatment I highly recommend booking in for a consult. If you are truly looking for answers to long time injuries Cat your Osteo is the answer. The treatment is next level.
I honestly feel so grateful that i found Cat! Her innate understanding and knowledge of the human body allows her to find the underlying cause for the reason you went in. I cannot recommend her enough. She has helped me with my hips, sciatica, shoulders/arm and especially my feet. Yep i needed one with the lot!
I was referred by my wife to visit Cat at true health osteo and after having treatment from others over many years it’s always been a struggle with ongoing back and hip problems. Three months in and I have never felt better. Not only getting amazing treatment, but also Explanations and understanding what is causing the pain while being treated. Easy to operate app on my phone that she uploads videos of all the stretches that I carry out for the two weeks between my visits. Would not go anywhere else Nathan
Cat is a consummate professional and compassionate person with a passion for understanding how the human body works. Her gentle approach to get my body unstuck and help it to move better is undoing a lifetime of compensations that my body was no longer able to tolerate. After every treatment I feel and move better. I will always be grateful for the time she takes to listen, and the major breakthroughs that have dramatically reduced the pain I was experiencing.
