I don’t think this place is operating. I’m calling on behalf of a family member and not one person responds. I’d take my business elsewhere. I am not even sure if they have actual doctors at this point.
Scammers. Billed outrageous amount and there no direct contact for billing so that they don't have to deal with being exposed as a scam.
Don’t go here!!!! They are scammers. They made me make an appointment to come in to renew my birth control. When I show up no one understood why I even came in after forcing me to make the appt. Then I get a bill for $400 for a 5 min conversation with the MD for no reason. She even said she didn’t understand why I came in. That’s not even it. The customer service is horrendous. This location is so unprofessional and absolutely disgusting. Very unsanitary and just over all nasty. Also. I canceled an appointment I had two days prior and now I got build $70 as a no show when I called to cancel? Absolutely disgusting service.
I arrived at 1pm, my appt was for 1:30pm. They immediately took my urine sample, cool. Then the nurse/receptionist took my weight n blood pressure at 1:35, took some notes, that's 10 mins tops! I then waited until 3pm to be seen by the Ultrasound tech! I was in the room asking like is this tech even at work? like why is this taking so long? I finally get to her and she told me to remove my clothes for the internal ultrasound, and i'm like? but why? i thought it was the normal ultrasound being done today.
