We booked an 11:30am appointment with Dr. Melissa Strafford. We arrived at 11:20am and were told to check-in at the kiosk. 12:35pm, and we were still waiting. There were a couple of patients that came after us but were seen before us. When we went to the front to cancel the appointment, they let us in. What's the point of spending the time at the kiosk checking-in? Kudos to the Williston Park office. They're much more professional
