Horrible experience. Went for an annual appointment and they forgot to give me a urine test. After tests were done, I had to go back and Dr. Strafford completely scared me and made me feel like something was seriously wrong. Once test results came back no one called me to explain, I had to call and ask what results meant. I then had to go back for more testing, and again was extremely worried something was wrong. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. It deserves ZERO stars. Dr Melissa Strafford called out sick 10 mins before my scheduled appointment. Receptionist didn’t even try to call me in advance to reschedule or let me know the doctor wasn’t coming in today. They tried to resolve the problem by telling me I could be seen by another doctor that will arrive in 40 minutes. This place is extremely unorganized!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Worst place ever. Avoid at all cost.
I would give this place 0 if I could! JUST DO NOT GO HERE. Doctors are very unprofessional, talking to the assistant about their weekend whilst performing a procedure. They forgot to take my urine sample on the 1st visit and still billed me for it. Also billed for a whole service that was never done! I Called, left a message and no one ever got back to me, then billed me AGAIN for something I already paid for. Just the worst!
