I never write bad reviews but this is worth it. I came in for a visit cause they have a lot of appointments on Zocdoc now it makes sense. The new patient intake form would easily take 30 mins to fill and they will ask you to repeat those information 3-4 times after. After the visit, they FORGOT to put in the prescription in for another two days. I had a follow up visit in a week to go over my test results which they cancelled LAST MINUTE with no explanation. She was very apathetic and dismissed my concerns about weight gain, saying I could be overeating due to depression when I literally have a condition that makes my appetite insatiable and told her that. This is something that is insinuated often and I’m tired of it, ignorant people always saying I just need to learn self control and I’ll stop eating so much, not that I have a hormonal disorder She then referred me to the clinic downstairs that offers weight loss shots; that's it, did not offer any other medication to help, cl... read more
