This place USE To Be Decent YEARS ago. For the past 3-5 years it has turned into a Toilet Bowl. No exaggeration. The only reason ANYONE would come here is because its close to home. But you still have to wait 1 hour+ even when there's no one else in the place but you!!! But now after my last visit. No More. Very good doctors who listen to you Ease to get appointments
I hate to have to change my review but up until the past year or so things were great with the front staff. About a year ago things changed. Doctor informed front desk to let me know I had a raised d-dimer as I’m prone to blood clots and was waiting to see if I needed to go to the hospital. I never got a call 7 days later they finally had results and they told me it was good, over 2 months later I went into see my doctor who is incredible (Dr Kingston) and he was very surprised in hearing that I was unaware of my results. I ha e been going to this place for over 10 years since the age of 19 years old . Back in the day with Joe Delco. I guess it time to find a new dr. Office. Unfortunately the front desk can't answer the phone.
I got an appt quickly. The staff is kind and efficient. The office is old and not terribly clean, I waited over an hour and the PA I saw was a bit overwhelmed by my medical history. I got the impression he didn't want to be there and he didn't believe a word I said. I Won't be going back!
