Terrible time management, always an hour wait for my appointment, doctors do not have the best bedside manner, always have to call MULTIPLE times to get my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy, rude front desk staff, cannot wait to switch doctors. Update, circa 2026; still the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. I had a positive experience at this practice. Dr. Vikas Desai took the time to answer all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. The practice is well managed and it is clear that the practitioners truly care about their patients
A doctor that humiliates, belittles and talks down to their patients should NOT be a doctor. Anybody who goes here, just be prepared to not have your questions answered, as you run the risk off inconveniencing the doctor. Awful place. Nurses are kind and sympathetic and should consider working for a much kinder and personable doctor.
