I was really hoping that this would have worked out. Unfortunately it didn't. They failed even before they started. So I filled out an inquiry form online and received a call back. I spoke with the scheduler (she was very nice & helpful) and booked and appointment for 5:15 on 6/20/24. I immediately received a text that my appointment was for 2:15.
