Worst place ever for a massage , the lady at the front desk was rude, and so was the attendant, nothing but a money grab.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced from your front desk staff and management during a recent interaction. When I called to make an inquiry, the receptionist not only sounded inattentive but was also speaking with another customer at the same time, which made the conversation confusing and frustrating. I had a great massage experience! The place was very clean, the service was excellent, and the rates were very reasonable. I felt relaxed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
