Wow what can I say about Jose very professional and the work is exceptional I’m from NYC and retired now here in the Dunnellon area. It was great finding True Gutters from the web search. Once I met Jose I felt a good spirit. His wife too great communication over the phone leading up to the work. Definitely a five from us. Much success Jose and wife continue with the exceptional service.
Jose did a great job he was on time and his price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with his work and would absolutely recommend him.
Jose and his wife Beatriz are the absolute best ever. Being new to the Ocala area I have had good and bad experience with companies. This is the place you want to use if you want someone who is going to work on your house like you would. Patient, kind, on time, receptive are just a few wonderful things about this couple. I have had Jose put on new downspout on and re-route some of them for better drainage, a drainage pit for my water softener, and just this week a landscaping project that looks awesome! Made an appointment they never showed called made another appointment,(everyone deserves another chance) they didn't show again they called 45 minutes after the appointment time to say would be 5 -6 hours later no apologies. Now I'm searching again I mean you never get a second chance to make a first impression and this one was terrible my neighbor suggested this company and I had no reason to doubt that they would do the right thing I am so totally disappointed
