Richelle was a lucky find on google. Had recently bought a GS 500 and the shop that inspected and went through it, forgot to hook up the fuel lines from the tank to the petcock and the petcock was actually turned off. I tried for three days to trouble shoot and get the bike started. She went about her business in an organized manner and soon discovered the issue in under 30 minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
