I can’t recommend Dr. Toenjes at True Grit enough!! After years of nerve pain, a surgery that only made things worse, and being stuck in the conventional medical system with no real help, I was left disabled—I couldn’t get out of bed, use my upper extremities, or do basically anything without being in constant, immobilizing pain. I was having severe lower back pain that was getting persistently worse. I stopped in on my way home from work desperate for help. The staff welcomed me in with smiles and no appointment. They were extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. I was assessed, xrayed, and adjusted that evening.
