Follow up to my earlier review. Just vacuumed my upstairs carpets. This is what my vacuum pulled up! Is that normal after a supposed carpet shampoo cleaning service performed 2 days ago for a house that is not even occupied? Crazy!
I do not recommend. Was not impressed with my recent carpet cleaning. First, I did not realize that True Gold outsources jobs to third parties. I hired True Gold but they unknowingly to me sent another company called Eco Carpet Cleaning/Procare Services to perform the cleaning of my carpet. In my mind companies hiring third party subs and not disclosing such prior is a deceptive business practice and a clear bait and switch.
