I had a fantastic experience with True Gold Carpet Care! Ryan came to my home to clean the carpet in my bedroom after my dog had an accident. He did an excellent job cleaning and deodorizing the carpet. What really impressed me was that he called a few days later to check if I could still smell any odor from the incident. We've had the pleasure of working with Ryan a couple of times for carpet cleaning in our home. The first time, he took care of the main floor, and the second time, he expertly handled a big spill from a toddler accident that involved a lot of cleaners and dish soap dumped into the carpet in our basement's great room.
