I have been a customer of True Glory for the about 3 years and have always been pleased with the hair. Lately, the hair that I have been receiving has been very bad hair. I ordered 2 bundles of straight hair in 18 and 22. Both were very different. Different colors, different textures, the hair would not take the black coloring. This company is HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would. I emailed True Glory Hair stating the product that I received was not the product as described on their website. I returned the product. I emailed True Glory Hair about my refund. No response. They are thieves. * Yes I did cut the lace upon trying it on. Once I tried it on is when I completely noticed the product was not what I ordered. However the product is still not as described. I’ve been using true glory for over 10 years and on Tuesday I had the worst experience. I called a few times in the morning to ensure they were in stock and no one ever answered the phone. Now I know they run lean in the store so I called a few times and still no answer. I live out in sugar hill which says it’s about a hour an away during peak traffic time. I had to come back and write another review. My last one wasn’t the best, but let me tell you—they totally redeemed themselves. And Faith… omg, quick S/O to Faith, she is the Sugar Honey Ice Tea! The bundles they sent me were, and still are, absolutely amazing. I really wish you all would start making V-Part wigs. The bundles I received were so full and didn’t shed AT ALL! I wish I could get more, lol, but I’ll just wash and reinstall these until my next purchase.
