Customer Service top tier! I accidentally ordered two different textures of hair. I reached out to them and explained the error and how soon I needed the correct bundle. They responded right away and made magic to fix my error! The hair was also good quality. Will definitely order again.
Quality has definitely declined. Ive been a customer for over 6 years and the bundles are a complete waste of money.
I purchased bundles and a frontal there and after two weeks I had to purchase brand new bundles and a new frontal. This happened before but I gave them another chance. The hair quality is terrible. The hair sheds everywhere and the frontal was thin after two weeks . If you put edge control anywhere close to it, it looks like a greasy rats nest.
