I followed Zaven up from his old shop in Echo Park where I live. Instead of walking 3 minutes up the road, I drive 20-30 minutes each way to get my hair cut. That’s all you need to know. I’ve never been disappointed with a haircut from Zaven and True Gents
The “about us” section of the website reads any look our customers desire; any look from classic to modern and/or anything in between. I foolishly believed this would be true! I brought a photo with me to show the “look” I wanted and as I sat in the chair not getting anything close to what I wanted! I was horrified as I looked around and noticed every customer was getting the same haircut me included !! I don’t know what they call it but it looks like an Alpaca ! A human alpaca! Thanks allot!
Zaven was thorough with questions about what I wanted done, delivered on the results and got me in and out quickly
