I forgot the name of the guy who cut my hair. So I called in and described him. So I go in the next day realizing this isn’t the same guy at all, and not only that, my guy (Dash) doesn’t even work there anymore. I seriously got the worst fade I’ve ever seen. Dash usually does a great job but this new guy butchered it. My wife couldn’t stop laughing at me. I emailed them and messaged true gents on Instagram for a refund (which I have never done before) and they didn’t even answer me. Just not really impressed with the service... read more
