Been working with Joel from Ture Form Therapies on my mobility and flexibility recently and it has made a huge difference. My body is feeling great and can exercise pain free now. He is easy to talk to and makes the sessions really enjoyable. He is also extremely knowledgeable and is really good and helping me understand what is wrong and how we can fix it.
