I LOVE this gym and its community of coaches and members. Going to classes is truly the highlight of my week because I’m able to do something for myself, for my health AND have a BLAST while doing it. What Morgan and the coaches have created at True Form Tomball is truly special and very much a safe space, that is equal parts motivating and uplifting! I am a lifer now! If you are looking for a place to thrive in while bettering your physical and mental health - you have found THE place!
Great gym - trainers are knowledgeable - even though it’s a class i receive that one on one I am looking for and it’s clean. They helped me with my weight lost journey and helped me achieve my goals without me feeling overwhelmed with the process

Accessible to all levels of fitness. Clear and engaging coaching is effective in getting me to 6am workouts! A totally positive experience.
