Our Appraiser was Rude and would not change the Value of our home even though he was wrong on the Finished square footage of our basement and 3rd bedroom. He admitted in this addendum that he was wrong and did correct the pictures of the 3rd bedroom and the correct finished square footage of our basement, but he would not correct the value.
