I really wanted to like this place, but the service was abysmal. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted by a host. Half the restaurant was empty. After being greeted, our server, who was very kind, took our orders right away. We waited over an hour for three kid’s cheese pizzas. Great foods!
Not a great experience tonight. They took 20+ minutes to deliver my sister's tea drink. They ran out of beef and shrimp protein (only chicken and tofu left). My sister's salad came with quinoa even though she asked for it to be without it. They were out of the autumn squash pie and carrot cake. The chocolate cake us the size of a brownie bite and is $12.
Finding True Food Kitchen was a welcome relief to the fried food we have been eating since we arrived in NOLA. Creative heathy live food menu. Great vibe. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Eat More Color !
The True Food Kitchen in New Orleans is very similar to the one in Dallas but the service and Food quality was not good at all. Both excellent choices, but something was off when I ordered takeout here. It was supposed to be ready at 6pm, but when I arrived they were running behind and I needed to wait.
