Love the curry, red chili shrimp and flatbreads. The vegetable crudité and roasted vegetable appetizers are no joke great!
What a great restaurant! The edamame dish was to die for and the sea bass was perfectly prepared. Had the squash pie for dessert- delicious!
Great food. Usually the only healthy option is a salad, but most of the menu is devoted to healthy options. Really like the rice bowl. Portion sizes should be slightly larger.

Healthy eating in a very pleasant setting. It's definitely not cheap but you get quality food and tasty dishes.
we stopped in today for lunch I myself had the chicken teriyaki, my husband had the red chili shimp, our son had the kids pizza. my husband said his diah was great it was like a party in his mouth flavors just bursting in every bite the shrimp was comes perfectly. My chicken rice bowl was so good the chicken vegetables and brown rice were full of flavor it all seems to go well together or son loved his pizza. now the kicker to this is everything is good for you and gets you full keeps you full. not bad on pricing very friend... read more
I have been to true food several times now. The food has been delicious every time. Every server I've had has been impeccable. And they have so many tasty options for people with celiac disease
