Extremely disappointing I’m honestly shocked by this experience. Today is my only day off, and I specifically came here at a certain time to work out. I purchased a 30-day Short Term Plan B, paid in full, and arrived ready to train. The gym advertises itself as 24/7, yet there was no staff member at the front desk, nobody answered the phone, and I was told I had to wait about an hour for someone to show up just to give me access.
