I've owned a True treadmill for over 12 years. I bought the lifetime warranty from True when I purchased the treadmill. In the early days, they were pretty good about fixing it. I've had the control board replaced several times, 1 new belt, 1 new deck and a new motor. However the last time I needed service, it was a horrible experience. They don't trust their field techs and they have to send back the part before they will send a new one, so you have to wait several weeks while the treadmill is down.
