4/8/25: Editing the below to 3 stars as they finally processed a refund. After I left the below review, Julie reached out and issued a refund. Thank you Julie for your service and doing the right thing. Old Review: Had previously given them 5 stars but moving to 1 star due to terrible service while cancelling. Edited my previous 5 star review to 1 star due to terrible service while cancelling. I was told to email the True Fitness email requesting a cancellation two months before the renewal date. Old man at the front desk said they would handle the cancellation process. I emailed the True Fitness email the same day and 6 months later I found out they never cancelled my contract, which led me to being charged for 6 more months. I contacted the Gym and the Manager about this and provided clear documentation of communication showing ... read more

JUST DON'T DO IT. I called to cancel in August of 2023. I was told by the manager my membership was cancelled and I was all set. I noticed in August of 2024 I was still being charged, so I called back, and the manager told me cancelling over the phone was never allowed. He's a nice guy but I remember the 2023 cancellation conversation I had with him vividly and even have the call record, but he denies the conversation.
