I’m not sure why people have rated this gym super low but as a gym owner I would say this gym is great. Me and team members came from Canada and did a week pass and Sunny (owner) delivered exceptional customer service and this gym does have top of the line life fitness equipmemt. Old reviews aren’t the right representation of this new location. If you live in the area then this is a good gym for you guys!
cancelling gym memberships is notoriously hard, but this is just ridiculous. ABC Fitness Solutions and True Fitness Southie should be ashamed. Don't join this gym.
Look I don’t really write these reviews but after seeing the previous ratings I felt like I had to give my two cents. I joined a month ago and have had no problems so far. In terms of equipment the gym has plenty of cardio and weights. Sure it may get a bit too crowded during peak hours but that’s normal for any gym. CANCELLING THIS MEMBERSHIP IS A NIGHTMARE! The gym has the necessary thats for sure but I moved out of the city and they said that wasn't enough to cancel my membership as other people shared here before. They kept charging me I had to blacklist them with my bank and they're still calling me even a year later.
