I was in town last year and tried this gym out. I was impressed with the equipment and Alicia was responsive to my text both times. I would highly recommend this gym.
Love the staff. Especially with whom I spoke Alicia. Great place to get workout done. I came to Lake Chelan for staycation and I took a day pass. Loved the ambiance and equipment.
Misleading (if not outright bait-and-switch) pricing (and zero communication)! Been coming to Lake Chelan for spring break for over a decade, and this year with a focus on health, was excited to try True Fitness as they advertise drop-in options. Instead, got a frustrating mix of being ignored, wasting time, and being quoted a higher price than what's clearly posted on their own signage.
