We’ve been going to True Fitness for about 2 years and absolutely love it! Like everyone else mentioned, the staff is amazing, the facilities are very clean, and the equipment very good! Best of all, there aren’t any pretentious gym junkies or gorilla pod wielding influencers - it’s a good community!

Has to be my favourite gym.. been to a few over the years. Darren and the team are amazing , the gym is always clean , the members are friendly … also continuous upgrades on equipment. Overall great vibes for men and women.
