Other than it being a cute place the receptionist isn’t welcoming. The door was closed but the store was open it’s my first time there so I did not know I had to ring a bell to be let in while she started at me trying to get in. Came here a few times and it never disappoints! Worked with Sebastian on ear piercings most recently and it was a wonderful experience: amazing bedside manner and attention. These are great people who are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. You pay for what you get.
It was the cleanest and most “medical” experience I’ve had at a piercing shop. I got my septum here and the piercer took so much time and care to find the right spot in my nose. It was painless and came out perfect. Pricey yes, but with a piercing like a septum, it’s so worth going to the right place to get it. 10/10 would recommend.
The best piercing I’ve ever gotten! I usually experience a lot of pain afterward and have even gotten infections in the past but not this time. True Expression was so professional and clean, and I haven’t had any symptoms or issues at all. I’m already eager to go back for more piercings. Highly recommend!
