I love going there. I've gotten two piercings from Paul. He is very professional and friendly. The shop is very comfortable and clean. The after care is exceptional .
Hands down the smoothest piercing experience for me. Got my rook done November 2025. I told them I was nervous from getting my conch done at another spot and it being painful. They were very patient with me when I was indecisive about my jewelry and the receptionist was informative. Paul checked my ear anatomy before proceeding. He seems blunt but he’s very caring and even fist bumped me after the piercing. I was shocked by the lack of pain during the piercing. I had my ears pierced here today, and it couldn't have gone better! It's a clean, beautiful space, and Cathy and Paul were both lovely. Even though it was a simple lobe piercing, Paul took the time to get it right - you can tell he's a real professional. If you come here, you're in excellent hands!
Love this place and love how wheelchair friendly is. Staff is very friendly and patience, they have no problem moving things around if needed, so you can be comfortable in your wheelchair . I had a very good experience, and always leave this place very happy . I can’t wait to come back and get another piercing . Thanks Paul!!
