I went in for my first haircut I'd ever bought with my own money, and decided to go for something more alternative. I was kind of cautious, as in the past I'd only ever gone to hairdressers who ignored my requests and did whatever they wanted to my hair. But Bernice was very accommodating and gave me the exact haircut I had in mind! She asked a lot of questions to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. I was in for a VERY long time, about 7 hours, but it was so worth it. I adore this cut!!

I cannot say enough good things about Bernice! She is so kind and welcoming. I’m new to the area so was trying out a new salon and usually have a hard time finding someone who will put layers in my long hair (sigh) but she listened, added as many as I wanted to lighten up my hair, it’s exactly what I wanted and she absolutely killed it. She was patient and took a little at a time till I was happy with it. She will for-sure be my go too from here on out. 10/10 absolute gem!
