Without a doubt, this is the best cyclery in the greater Connecticut area. Karl is the best.
Absolutely the best bike shop ever!!! After a long search for a bike that would fit, I decided to get a custom bike and was fortunate to come across True Cyclery. Karl was wonderful with setting up several test rides, answering lots of questions and going through the fit process. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind! Karl was able to identify and fix a rattling noise on my bike. He performed a top to bottom service on my bike. Feels like a new bike. I would highly recommend True Cyclery!
Karl is amazing and takes care of every issue you may have with your bike. Very professional work at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
I brought my wheelchair to them and they serviced it while I was in the car. They came and took my chair and did the maintenance in minutes and then returned it. They were very cooperative and respectful and they cost very little.
