We decided to go with True Cuisine catering since they were one of the preferred caterers for our venue and my wife and I are so happy we did! The food was delicious and we received a lot of high praise from our guests about the food. Their staff was also very communicative throughout our whole planning process leading up to the wedding. The whole team at True Cuisine was lovely to work with. They were always prompt to respond to emails and adjusted my contract multiple times based on changes I requested. The tasting was delicious, and the food on our wedding day turned out equally as good. Our guests were a huge fan of the late-night bites- Chicago dogs and soft pretzels. Being able to rent our linens through them too also made for much easier vendor coordination.
The team at True Cuisine was absolutely fabulous to work with from the very beginning! Listen to me!! True Cuisine is the hero of your story. They are the catering company that you've been waiting for. When we started planning our wedding, we were shocked at how expensive the catering companies were. We started to think that we couldn't afford to get married unless we didn't feed people! We used True Cuisine to cater our wedding on April 4,2026. The food was amazing and everyone at our event loved it. Sue was out catering director and was so wonderful. She went above and beyond to care for my husband and myself as well as our guests. Would definitely cater from here again. They are lucky to have Sue. She was one of the highlights of our night.
