We had an incredible experience with True Cuisine/SBR Events Group! We recently contracted True Cuisine (Sweet Baby Ray's) for a big barn dinner serving 60 guests and they exceeded our expectations! The staff was incredible (shoutout Alexis, Wendy, and Dylan) and their service was 10/10 - they were prompt, clean, quick, kind, and efficient. SBR True Cuisine Catering was one of the better decisions we made for our wedding. They were priced higher than some other caterers we considered for our casual Chicago-style menu, but they were upfront about why: their mobile kitchen allows them to cook fresh ON SITE rather than transport food over an hour and keep it warm. We catered from True Cuisine from the Sweet Baby Ray's menu. It was for a grad party with 75 people. The food was absolutely amazing--brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, corn, green beans, corn bread. We had more than enough food! The next day numerous guests texted me and asked for information on where the food was from. I would order from True Cuisine again!
True Cuisine was amazing!! From the tasting, the planning process, and my many questions in between, the True Cuisine team are absolutely amazing to work with!!
