From the beginning planning stages to our tasting and all of the emails and calls leading up to the day Jacob was so helpful and responsive. The food was SO good! One of our priorities in planning our wedding was the food/cuisine. We wanted food that our guests would enjoy, remember, and rave about. The True Cuisine/SBR team more than exceeded in doing that. There is not an item on their menu that was not delicious (which made picking our menu so difficult)! True Cuisine was amazing to work with! The tasting was private and thorough, and they even created an off-menu dish for us. On the wedding day, the food quality was just as excellent, and our guests loved it. Great communication and delicious food — highly recommend!
The True Cuisine team did an amazing job for our wedding this month! The staff was so attentive and diligent. Plates and drinks were cleared appropriately. My guests even said they didn’t run out of water at all as they were diligent in filling glasses through the event. We did buffet style with two entrees and a third vegetarian entree, veggies, mashed potatoes, soup, and salad. I don’t know where to start. We chose True Cuisine to cater our wedding at The Bridge in Lemont. I can’t tell you how many people keep talking about how good the food was a week after the wedding. Everything was perfect!!! We worked with Meghann Streicher, she was so easy to work with and down to every detail. The office staff was on point and up to date with deadlines and info.
