Kyle and his team are very professional, always doing the possible for the customer to be happy. They are able to find pieces for European toilets, and they are even patient enough to be on call with the city of Toronto for commercial buildings. I really advise people to trust this company.
After having three plumbers come to my house to fix a clogged sink. Only to have it clog again I was desperate to get it fixed I called True Craft Plumbing. Kyle and his team not only found the issue but actually fixed it so it would not happen again in just two hours. They were very informative and professional. Even ensured to clean up and they relocated the clean out to be more accessible. Highly recommend this company.

Very Professional. Emergency ABS Pipe repair in a difficult location. James "just did it!" Didn't mind me hovering & trying to learn (for next time), and he dealt with the challenge professionally.
