Got a HUGE fender dent 3 weeks after we purchased our new vehicle. Body shop estimates were $1,200 to $1,800. I didn't think PDR was even an option because the dent was so sharp and severe. Chad inspected the dent and estimated the ability to achieve a 90% fix. I was absolutely amazed after they finished. They achieved a 99% fix in my judgment at a much lower cost. In addition, Chad was a joy to work with and provided great communication and customer service. I would rate them a 6 Star if possible! Thank you Chad!!!
We worked with Chad in Ingram after discovering the extent of hail damage on our white van, which was not clearly visible. Chad and team handled dealing with our insurance company to get the full amount needed for complete repair and completed the job promptly. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend using them for paintless dent repair.
I had a dent on my hood right on a crease and True Craft worked it out perfectly! Chad was communicative and service was prompt. True Craft was easy to work with and if I have the need for dent repair again I will definitely use them!
I went in to see Chad this morning, he spent an hour looking over my vehicle and showing me how he came up with estimates. He came up with fair prices to do what I would never had attempted. He advised me like a real lifelong friend. He was not really trying to sell me, he helped me to make the right decision.
