Cracked my paint & scratched my hood! I went to True Craft PDR because Permaplate sent me. I had a very small dent that needed to be repaired & left with more damage than I came in with. My biggest issue is their lack of accountability. I was told after the fact that this is a risk when having paintless dent repair done. Regardless, you still damaged my vehicle and who is going to pay to repair it?
