Tried and true excellent customer service time after time for at least the last year. In no particular order Libby, Melissa and Rick provide correct info. An added plus,, Libby's continued patience for answering all the questions(a lot of ?'s). I am extremely relieved and :) I don't have to go to the pool supply store on the corner of Mesa and Remcon for person dependent information and extremely jacked up prices. Good to know, our community has two great choices.
Absolutely love this place. They are so kind and welcoming but more importantly very intelligent. They really know their stuff. These amazing people saved my brand new pool that was poorly built and poorly maintained by the builder and company I hired to maintenance it. True Cost taught us so many things that we didn’t know which gave us the confidence to maintain our pool our self.
