We are not going to use their services anymore. We seek urgent care service on 6/24/24 and presented our insurance information card that says our copay is $50 and they still charged us $220 (after a lot of wrangling -we just went ahead). We never heard from them, we called back, and they said if there's overpayment, we will get it back. Three months later, never heard from them. I called my insurance, and they got paid in full and we never got a refund. The insurance has to call them...so we are waiting again. From the front... read more
Great staff, practically no wait, clean and excellent medical care! My new go to urgent care.
I just left True Compassion Urgent Care on Burns Road. They could not have a more appropriate name. From my initial phone conversation with Mindy, to intake with Chrissa [sp], to Daniel and the very awesome Zena...his is without a doubt an A-Team. I am so grateful to have googled and found them.
