THEY ARE SOOO SLOW!!!!! Waited 40 minutes to be able to talk to someone! Never coming back to this location again. The lady that ended helping me was not a good worker very very rude. Need to rehire and retain staff!!

I am blown away by the predatory practices of this place. My ebay auto pay paid for some auctions on this card. Instead if coming back no funds and denying it. Their system will cover a.5$ buy and hit you with 30$ overdraft fee. So all month they did thus with all my auctions and they want 900$ in fees now. I was in there a half hour and they didn't remove the fees.unreal
