Horrible.... Never use True Comfort unless you want to get ripped off. Paid the equipment upfront Spring of 2023. John Smith kept telling me it was on backorder when I would follow up with him. I was patient, realizing that it could be related to the supply chain issues. The order was finally reimbursed to True Comfort in December 2023 because the order could not be filled.
