Couldn't tell you how the business runs , but I have seen one of their drivers pass a school bus about to pull over and pickup kids (lights were already flashing). Another incident hearing one of their drivers yelling at one of the deckhands on the Glenora ferry, on which lane he thinks he should be in. Which is not his choice obviously. You'd think they know their driving around in a company vehicle and to not drive like total entitled tools

Called to inquire about a quote for HVAC for a new build, was given an email to contact. I emailed on October 14th, followed up on the 21st, but have received no reply at all. We understand things might be busy, but we would have appreciated literally any contact at all. We will have to look elsewhere I guess.
True Comfort is an excellent company to deal with. Had a Technician here today to look at our central air system. He arrived quickly, was courteous and respectful of our home. Our A/C was repaired and the house is finally cool in this oppressive heat. Thank you so very much.
My air broke down just when a humid stretch was beginning. Since I have lung issues it would not have been a fun few days. I called at 8 am and Mitch was at my house shortly after 10 am. He explained fully what he was doing and had the problem fixed within an hour.
